Registration Guide
- Go to http://usgwelections.org/
- Click on .
NOTE: Many of the form boxes will expand to the correct size for
your information.
Step 1 - ENTERING THE ONLINE MEMBERSHIP RECORDS
- Box #1: Enter your User ID (the registration number that was assigned to you). If you do not know your User ID number, go to Box #3.
- Box #2: Enter your password.
- Box #3. By using this box, your information will be sent to you.
- If you have misplaced or cannot remember your User ID and/or password, enter your e-mail in the box provided then click on continue. The information will be sent to you.
- E-Mail: If you do not receive the e-mail, you may have changed your e-mail address but an old e-mail address is still in your record. Please request your password and/or id from the Chair or Dataset Manager

Step 2 - PERSONAL DATA
- In addition to updating your personal data, you can register to vote near the top of the page. Be sure the "Register to Vote" box is checked if you want to vote in elections!
- If you make changes on this page, click on the button at the bottom. If the information is correct as shown and you haven't changed or added anything, click
Step 3 - Position Data
- All of your registered positions are listed here. Check the pending column on the right to be sure your SC or PC has verified any recently added or changed positions to the EC. If a position has not been verified, you will not be able to vote for a region/position based on an unverified position.
- Click the "Delete" link to remove a position you no longer hold.
- Click the "Edit" link to change details of your position, e.g. you used to be the ACC but are now the CC for a county.

- Select your position/role from the drop-down box. Other boxes will appear according to the role you select e.g.if you choose CC, you will be required to select the State and county.
- Be sure to complete all *required* entries, then click to return to your list of positions. The new position will appear on the list, but will be marked as pending until your SC or PC verifies it to the EC.
- Positions/roles and Regions/Special Projects are defined below.

- Click when you have finished making any desired changes or additions.
Step 4 - CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
- Your current password is displayed at the top of the page.
- You may enter a new password of your own choosing, have the system generate a new secure password for you, or keep your existing password.
- Passwords must be at least 6 characters long and no more than 20 characters long. Number and letters ONLY may be used.
- Click to keep your current password and go directly to the "thank you" page. When you reach this page, you have completed registration.
