Below are some FREE FTP (file transfer protocol) software programs:

• Core FTP  Looks a lot like WS_FTP which is no longer free
• FileZilla - Open source software distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License.  User-friendly - Download ZileZilla Client
• FTP Commander 8.0 - Free Version - Simple to use
• gFTP -  Very similar to WS-FTP.  Free multithreaded file transfer client.  Supports UNIX, EPLF, Novell, MacOS, VMS, MVS and NT (DOS) style directory listings
• WS_FTPLT - Lite version of WS-FTP.  No longer supported by Ipswitch, but works great. Only 30 day trial period.
• CoffeeCup Free Version
