on the USGenWeb Project Election Committee.

A review of our records indicate you have not updated your membership list 
with the EC since [date]

Members will not be able to vote in USGenWeb elections based on their membership 
in your project unless you have verified them as members. There are two (2) ways 
to do this:

1) You can request your Oversight password from the EC Chair or DM so you can enter
updates to the membership dataset yourself, or

2) You can submit them using the Update Form at 
https://www.usgenweb.org/usgwelections/updates/updateForm.html

If you have no changes, please reply to this email indicating that is the case. 

You may wish to remind your volunteers that they can register to vote and update 
their information online. The online registration form can be found at:
https://usgwelections.org

Prompt acknowledgment of this email would be most helpful to ensure I have 
contacted the current Project Coordinator. If you are no longer serving in that 
capacity, please let me know and provide contact information for those currently 
serving in those roles.
