project have bounced 3 or more times. All USGW members that bounce three or more 
times are placed on a Chronic Bounce list, their USGW membership is inactivated 
(set to nomail), and they are removed from the Registered Voter List if applicable. 
Per the EC Procedures, if a valid email is not provided to the EC within 90 days, 
the listed member(s) will be removed from the USGW Membership List.

You can reply to this email to supply an updated email for your member(s); or to 
confirm that an individual is no longer a member of your Project.
