Volunteer for the Election Committee

The duties of EC members include contacting appropriate USGenWeb members periodically for updates to Project member lists, maintaining said member lists, and assisting in National Elections and Polls. Members may be asked to assist in tracking down e-mail bounces.

Additional duties may include assisting in State Coordinator Elections.

All EC members are subbed to a private and confidential business mail list. EC Members are expected to abide by the confidentiality rules of the list.

Volunteers for the Election Committee are first selected by current EC members via private vote. All EC Volunteers are subject to confirmation by the USGenWeb Advisory Board.

EC Members serve for two years, unless filling a vacant seat.
