The
duties of EC members include contacting appropriate USGenWeb members on
a quarterly basis for voter lists, maintaining said voter lists, and assisting
in the National Elections and Polls. Members are asked to assist in tracking
down bounces.
Additional
Duties may include assisting in State Coodinator Elections.
All
EC members are subbed to a private and confidential busines mail list.
EC Members are expected to abide by the confidentiality rules of the List.
Volunteers
for the Election Committee are first selected by current EC members via
private vote. All EC Volunteers are subject to confirmation by the USGenWeb
Advisory Board.
EC
Members serve for two years, unless filling an unexpired seat.
