-- Polls or Special Elections --

For Polls and other appropriate elections, a period of not less than two 
weeks shall be provided for Registrations.

Registration is necessary for all elections conducted by the EC.

There are always three (3) members of the EC that volunteer for special 
elections.
A. The EC special election committee
  1. Will head the SE committee. (Special Election, <state> Committee)
  2. Will handle nominators
  3. Will handle nominees
--The form letters are the same as for national elections.

--The time period for nominations and voting are usually set by the 
committee head and the State Coordinator.  Three (3) to five (5) days is 
usual.


B. State or Special Project
  1. The SE members will be subscribed to the state mail list.
  2. You can introduce yourself and say hello.
  3. The next two weeks:
State members have a minimum of two weeks to register to vote.
    a.  Conduct a harvesting of the state.
    b. Have roll call at the same time.
