Hello -----, my name is (your name) and I am your (region) representative 
on the USGenWeb Project Election Committee.

This is a quick reminder that each quarter the Election Committee is
required to update the rosters. This is your call for the (# of qtr) 
quarter update. 

If you need the current membership list of your project volunteers, please
contact me, and I will provide one. 

If you have no changes, please send an email indicating such. Please send a
complete roster with a column indicating the info for that individual has
changed (preferably with a date). I will be verifying each member 
to add or drop, email additions, deletions, name changes and/or other
status changes. 

If you have not sent a recent list of project members, please do so.  We 
prefer that it be an Excel Spreadsheet, but will take the information in 
any form.
1st col. – Last name
2nd col. – First name
3rd col. – Email Address
4th col. – Alternate email address or any other information
5th col. – State(s) of project

You may wish to remind your volunteers that they can register to vote and
update their information online. More information and the online
registration form can be found at:

Prompt acknowledgment of this email would be most helpful to ensure I have
contacted the current Project Coordinator. If you are no longer serving in 
that capacity, please let me know and provide contact information for 
those currently serving in those roles, if possible.
