e. the email address of the coordinator, or a link to a "contact" page.

We have added his/her name to the USGW Membership list. However, s/he will not be 
able to register to vote if a new member, or if already registered, be able to vote 
based on the unapproved position until the site complies with USGW Bylaws, Section 
IX.A. <https://www.usgenweb.org/about/bylaws.html> and Project Volunteer and Web Site 
Standards/Guidelines <https://www.usgenweb.org/volunteers/scccguidelines.html>
