The following members email addresses bounced when the Election Registrar 
attempted to send out their password to vote.

Please go through this list and locate an updated email as quickly as 
possible so your member can vote in the election. Then forward those 
emails back to me, your regional EC representative. (Your name and email 
addy)

All USGW members that bounce three or more times are place on a Chronic 
bounce list. Their voter's registration is removed, but their name does 
continue on the membership rolls until the SC or the member provides an 
updated email address or the member is removed from the project.
