OVERSIGHT

1. Go to your favorites folder and click on organize.  Next, go to the link set for the oversight
entry.  Right click here to
see the full URL.   Adjust the URL so that it is set for:  http://www.usgwelections.org
Note: By using another URL, you could be bypassing the programmer when he is working on the site.
This could result in
your changes not being saved.

2.  All members have their own password for their region-states or project.  Our programmer assigns
and or removes pws as
needed.  The Chair has two pws, one for his/her assigned area and one to view the entire membership.
The DM has one
assigned pw to view the entire membership.
Note: These passwords are not interchangeable with your personal password and id for the site.

3.  Timing Out:   If you're going to be gone for awhile please go back to usgwelections.org so you are
not making a
database connection. If your session stays inactive more than 18 minutes
you are automatically forwarded to this address to prevent error messages after you time out.

4. Once in, EC regional members will not see the entire dataset. You will have access only to those
portions of the dataset for which you are responsible according to the seat you occupy.

5. To view a member's record, click on Edit.
 a. The first page is the Personal Data.  Always click on Info Okay after viewing this page.
 b. The second page is the Position Data.  Click on Done

4. When exiting the program, click on Done then exit.
