Box 1 Enter your password in this box.

• The password you will receive is not the same as a voting password. (Voting passwords are only sent out at election time.)
• Voting passwords are sent separately and privately for elections. You must set your spam filter to accept: Registrar@usgwelections.org

Box 2 Enter your User ID number that is assigned to you.

Box 3 By entering your email address, your password and ID number will be sent to you.

If you are a USGW member and know your password and your User ID.	Password PLUS User ID
