ELECTION COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND OFFICERS

January 4, 2011 - Christina un-subbed Mary Hatton from EC as her term had
ended.

January 5, 2011 - Election process began for Chair and Secretary/Publicist
began.

January 8, 2011- Christina Palmer is the nominee for Elections Committee
Chair for 2011. There are two nominations for EC Publicist - Secretary:
1. Gayle Triller - Accepted
2. Jane Colmenares - Accepted

January 11, 2011- Christina Palmer is seated as Election Committee Chair for
2011. Jane Colmenares is seated as Election Committee Secretary/ Publicist
for 2011.

February 1, 2011 EC began state elections for Kentucky and Ohio.

February 11, 2011 AB requested EC guidelines be reviewed for possible
changes and updates.
- Updated EC Guidelines (added a form that SCs can input changes on at any
time)
- We will no longer be emailing out the passwords
USGenWeb member will now be logging it to request their password just like
they would if they were updating their member records
February 16, 2011 EC voted to remove Nancy Lohr due to lack of communication
for over a 3 month period. (Unable to contact, no participation)
