Forms: The Voting Booth program uses forms. If your browser does not support forms. Send an e-mail to: Larry Stephens stephenl@indiana.edu requesting a "paper ballot".
Password - Required for you to vote: You must have your password. This is the password that you received from the EC Announcement List.
Never received a password? If you did not receive a password that means you are not on the master voter list OR your e-mail bounced. Please notify Keith Giddeon keith@giddeon.com. Please see next item.
Lost your password? The EC will not send out passwords a second time for the runoff election. We do have a record of whose passwords made it through without bouncing.
E-mail Address: The e-mail address where you received your password is the e-mail address you must use when you vote. If you try to vote from a different e-email address you won't be able to enter the Voting Booth.
Selective Ballots: The master voter list contains the information on the region(s) and/or special projects you are eligible to vote in. When you log in the Voter Booth software will check your e-mail address and password against the master list and give you ballots for only the region(s) you are eligible to cast a vote in. You will see only the ballots for those seats.
Multiple ballots: You will get a ballot for each area you are eligible for. Although these ballots will be displayed one after the other on your screen each one is a separate ballot. After you click on your selection click on the "Cast Vote" button. You will then see a screen thanking your for your vote and asking you to click on the hyperlink to return to your ballots. You must cast a vote on every ballot. You cannot click on all of your choices at one time. This is because different people are eligible to vote in different areas so not everyone sees the same set of ballots.
Wrong Ballots: If you enter the Voting Booth and the ballots displayed are incorrect or
incomplete DO NOT VOTE. Instead use your back button and exit the Voting Booth. Notify
the EC immediately. Your eligible regions were assigned using information that was (1) sent in
by the SC for your state and/or (2) gathered from the volunteer lists found on state, county
and special project sites. If there are errors the EC needs to know, verify the information you
provide and correct the master list so that you may vote for all seats you are eligible to vote
for. Since all ballot" color="#000080">VOTING INSTRUCTIONS
