This list is the membership list of the USGenWeb Project and is used to notify members of information about the Project's annual elections and to verify your continuing participation in the Project. You will receive approximately 6 e-mails per year.

  • 1 - to announce the opening of the nominations - around Jun 1st each year
  • 2 - to send you your voting password - prior to July 1st each year
  • 3 - to announce the results of the election around Aug 1st each year
  • 4, 5, 6 - three messages (one every 3 months) to verify your e-mail address and your continued participation in the USGenWeb Project.

It is not necessary to respond to any of these messages.

Just like any other group or organization you belong to the Project must keep a current membership list and this is the way the Project (as a web based group) collects that information.

We're sorry, but you cannot remove yourself from this list unless you actually leave the USGenWeb Project.
