Disciplinary Hearing (Daryl Lytton) 3 June 2011
The AB, sitting as members of a Disciplinary Hearing to consider charges brought against Daryl Lytton, has entered the Evidentiary Phase of the hearing process. The process that the AB will follow is recorded at http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/read/BOARD/2011-06/1307114103

Having been notified of the serious health issues now affecting Mr. Lytton, the respondent in the current disciplinary hearing, the hearing chair declares the hearing in recess until further notice since Mr. Lytton is now unable to participate in the proceedings.

Motion 2010/11-14 Motion to Resume Disciplinary Hearing 19 June 2011
Moved by Denise Wells and seconded by Pauli Smith and dated 18 June 2011,
the motion reads "I hereby move that the disciplinary hearing of Daryl
Lytton resume for consideration of Charge #1 and a vote be taken as
previously requested by Mr. Lytton. I also move that the evidence for
Charges #2 through #8 be placed on the record as currently submitted."

I have been unsubscribed from the Election Committee’s mail list until after the National election period is completed as is required by the EC Procedures. Ann Allen Geoghegan, the AB’s representative to the EC remains on the mail list.

The nominations will close midnight June 15th.

Voting will take place from July 1 through July 31.

We are using a new system for voter passwords this year.

To obtain your password to vote, go to http://www.usgwelections.org/USGenWeb/GetVoterPassword.cfm and follow
the instructions. Your voter password will be emailed to you.

We are hoping by using this new system it will make it easier for the
members to obtain their passwords.

I've been in contact with both the NYGenWeb State Coordinator, Bob Sullivan,
and Mr. Pettys and have verified that Mr. Pettys, upon discovery that his
name had not been removed from the rolls of the NYGenWeb Project,
immediately resigned from NYGenWeb and has made arrangements to turn the
county site in question (~nybronx) over to the NYGenWeb Project.
